1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Synkin. By downloading, accessing, or using the Synkin mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use Synkin.

2. Strict 18+ Age Requirement

Synkin is an adult dating and real-time social platform strictly reserved for individuals 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts discovered to be operated by minors are subject to immediate permanent termination and data erasure.

3. Mutual Consent Calling Protocol

Synkin operates on a strict mutual consent architecture to maintain a respectful and safe community:

• No Unsolicited Calls: Users cannot place unexpected voice or video calls to another member.
• In-Chat Request Approval: Both members must exchange and approve a call request before any WebRTC calling stream can connect.
• Termination at Will: Either participant may decline, leave, or end a call at any instant without penalty.

4. Anti-Harassment & Content DRM (FLAG_SECURE)

To prevent harassment, unauthorized image redistribution, and privacy violations:

• Synkin utilizes hardware-level screenshot and screen-recording prevention (FLAG_SECURE). Circumventing these controls via external modified software or hardware cameras is strictly prohibited.
• Hate speech, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual sexual content, and commercial solicitation are strictly prohibited and result in immediate device-level banning.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, audio signatures, app design, algorithms, and software code are the intellectual property of Synkin and Rahul Kumar (© 2026 Synkin. All Rights Reserved).

6. Account Termination & Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from within the app via Profile → Delete Account. Synkin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account violating these Terms without notice.
